As a regular F nib, there’s not much line variation. You can get some slight variation if you press a little harder, but that’s not really what this nib is all about.
This nib is about a simple and reliable writing experience. The F size allows a good balance between wetness and smoothness. This nib itself is pretty well built, and that’s why it’s one of the nibs we use to turn into custom stub nibs.
The looks are simple and unpretentious. These are great nibs to fit on a vintage or classic fountain pen.
