Returns & Refunds Policy

Although we make all efforts to ensure accurate product descriptions and images, we understand that a product may not suit your needs. So, if you are not happy with the product you got, you can return it within 14 business days of receiving it. 

The product(s) you want to return need to be in a resaleable condition:

  • Products need to be in brand new condition, unopened, original packaging (if applicable).
  • Sticker seals must be unbroken or intact or unbroken and tags must be attached (when applicable)
  • Pens can only be returned if the ink hasn’t run through any part of the pen. If a cartridge is included with the pen, the return must also include the unused cartridge. 
  • If a pen contains a tip protector, the protector must be intact.
  • If a rollerball, ballpoint, or gel pen refill contains a tip protector, the protector must be intact.

InexPens.com reserves the right to decline refund requests if the product has been used, opened, or in question.

How We Handle Returns & Refunds

As soon as we get your product, we will carefully inspect it. If the product(s) is unused, we will process your refund. 

Please notice that original shipping fees and return shipping fees cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you just need to package it properly and send it tracked to ensure that it gets to our hands. InexPens.com is not responsible for any return package that gets lost in the mail transit process. You should also include a note with your name, the email address used in your purchase, and the order number. 

Please allow 7 to 10 business days after the return has been received to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed. 

Exchanges

InexPens.com doesn’t handle exchanges. However, we are happy to help you process a return and refund of any new and unopened product. When the refund is processed, you may then place a new order for an alternative product.
